Our Policy
We want you stoked on your tee, not just tolerating it. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition, with tags attached
- Free of any odors, stains, or alterations
How to Start a Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for the return
- We'll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).
Exchanges
Need a different size or design? Let us know in your return request and we'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your original item back — or right away if you'd rather not wait, just cover the price difference (if any).
Print Quality Issues
If your tee arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, that's on us — contact us with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or refund, no return shipping necessary.
Final Sale Items
Items marked "final sale" or purchased at a deep discount clearance price are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.
