Processing Time

Every tee is printed to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment before it leaves our facility. During high-volume periods (holidays, big sales), processing may take slightly longer — we'll do our best to keep you posted.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
• Expedited shipping: available at checkout for an additional fee, 2–3 business days after processing

Delivery estimates are calculated from the day your order ships, not the day it's placed. Total time from order to delivery is typically processing time + transit time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam/promotions folder before reaching out — and feel free to contact us if it's been more than 5 business days with no tracking update.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and want a Back When Tees, reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives at all, let us know within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your call.
